Introduction to the Multi Company Panel

The Multi Company Panel is a 4HSE feature designed for consultants and organizations managing occupational safety for multiple companies or legal entities. It is a centralized tool that allows you to administer and monitor all 4HSE projects associated with your clients from a single interface.

Through the Multi Company Panel, it is possible to get an overview of the managed companies, checking for each the activation status, the number of employees, and the main information. The goal is to simplify the work of those coordinating multiple companies, ensuring fast and structured access to all projects.

The Multi Company Panel is activated upon request by the 4HSE technical team, usually at the start of the subscription, for clients who meet the requirements. Once enabled, it becomes the reference point for managing multiple projects simultaneously, allowing clear and consistent governance across all projects.
