# The agents

The AI uses a system of **specialised agents**, activated automatically according to the kind of request. There is nothing to choose: the question is routed for you.

## Operations assistant

Performs concrete operations in 4HSE: searches, creation, data management, without navigating the interface by hand. It relies on the [MCP server](/ai/mcp-operations), which is where the full list of what it can do lives.

You can also attach files — PDF, images, Office documents, CSV — and the AI extracts what it needs from them to carry out the operation.
