# Limits

## Operations it cannot perform

The AI **cannot**:

-   delete data;
-   create or modify projects and sites;
-   manage users and permissions;
-   modify existing sessions and certificates.

For these, use the 4HSE interface — the [user guide agent](/ai/agents) can explain how.

## What it does not access

-   the data of other users;
-   files on your computer.

It follows the same permissions as the 4HSE account it is acting for: the AI sees what you see, no more.

it gives general guidance on regulations, not binding advice. For critical legal matters consult a qualified professional — safety manager, consultant, lawyer

**Not an emergency tool**

in case of danger, follow company protocols and contact the competent authorities

**Not commercial or regulatory authority**

through MCP in particular, it provides neither commercial information nor regulatory advice

## Memory

The AI only remembers the **current conversation**. Every new conversation starts from scratch.
