# MCP operations

The MCP server exposes the same operations as the [operations assistant](/ai/agents) of the integrated AI. The difference is who performs them: an external client instead of the 4HSE chat.

Operations

**Search**

people, resources (equipment, PPE, substances, work environments), actions, projects, offices, jobs and homogeneous groups, incidents

**Compliance**

review the compliance schedule, see the upcoming scheduled sessions

**Organisation**

create and manage safety roles, jobs, work phases and homogeneous groups, assigning people and resources

**Profiling**

profile new people and resources, and subscribe them to the relevant actions

**Actions and sessions**

create prevention actions, schedule sessions, create certificates and proofs of compliance

**Incidents**

report incidents and link corrective actions to them

**Documents**

attach files to 4HSE entities
