# A worker's verification page

Scanning a badge’s QR code opens a read-only page, available **without a 4HSE account**, titled **Badge verification**. The page follows the language of the browser that opens it. See [Electronic badge](/electronic-badge/).

## The sections

[Section titled “The sections”](#the-sections)

Section

What it holds

Header

photo, surname and name, company, worker code

**Personal details**

tax code and date of birth

**Employment details**

hire date, contract type, qualifications

Overall status

**Prevention compliance**: Valid, Expiring or Invalid

**Certificates**

the certificates required by the qualifications, with status and dates

Footer

**Generated on**: the date the QR code was generated

## The qualifications

[Section titled “The qualifications”](#the-qualifications)

The qualifications are the active groups the worker belongs to, of the type chosen as [risk aggregator](/risk-assessment/risk-aggregators): jobs, homogeneous groups or work phases.

The **hire date** is the earliest start date among the offices where the worker is active. If it has not been set, _Not defined_ is shown.

## The certificates and their status

[Section titled “The certificates and their status”](#the-certificates-and-their-status)

For each prevention action required by the qualifications, the page shows the action’s name, its type (training, health surveillance, maintenance, PPE, procedure), the release and expiry dates, and a status:

Status

When

**Valid**

the certificate exists and does not expire, or expires in more than 30 days

**Expiring**

the certificate expires within 30 days

**Expired**

the expiry date has passed

**Missing**

the worker is enrolled in the action but has no certificate yet

Certificates of actions not required by the qualifications are not shown.

## The overall status

[Section titled “The overall status”](#the-overall-status)

Prevention compliance

When

**Invalid**

at least one certificate is expired or missing

**Expiring**

no certificate is expired or missing, but at least one is expiring

**Valid**

all certificates are valid

A worker with no qualifications, or with qualifications that require no actions, has no certificates to show: the page says _No certificates_ and the status is Valid.

## What it does not show

[Section titled “What it does not show”](#what-it-does-not-show)

The page shows no contact details, addresses, attachments, health data or internal 4HSE identifiers.

## Expired link

[Section titled “Expired link”](#expired-link)

A QR code older than two years no longer opens the page: a link-expired message appears, and a new badge has to be generated.
