# Multi Company Permissions Management

Multi Company management is a key tool for consultants and anyone who needs to handle multiple projects simultaneously. It provides a comprehensive overview and simplifies the management of users and projects from a single interface.

## Permission Groups for Multi Company Projects

The Multi Company management system offers dedicated permission groups that allow controlling access to all projects directly from the main project. The available groups are:

-   **Admin**
-   **Manager**
-   **User**
-   **Guest**

## Permissions Overview by Role

The table below summarizes the capabilities of each permission group.

Group

Permissions on Multi Company Project

Permissions on Linked Projects and Offices

**Admin**

Read and write access  
Full user management within the panel  
Creation and management of projects and offices  
Access to full reporting.

Full management of linked projects and offices.

**Manager**

Read and write access  
User and project management (cannot manage Admin users)  
Cannot view Permissions, User Logs, Contract, and Configuration sections

Can operate in all linked projects.

**User**

View data and reports.

View linked projects and offices.

**Guest**

Limited data and report viewing.

Limited view of linked projects and offices.

## How to Set Permissions

To modify permissions for a specific project within the Multi Company tool:

1.  From the 4HSE **Start** menu, click **Multi Company** and select the desired project.

2.  In the project menu, go to **Administration** and select **Permissions**;
    
3.  The section includes two submenus: **Groups** and **Users**;
    
4.  Selecting **Groups** displays the list of predefined project roles (_Admin_, _Manager_, _User_, _na_);
    
5.  From here, you can see the users associated with each group and add or remove them by entering their email address;

6.  Selecting **Users** provides an overview of all users with direct access to the project.
