# Supplier Permissions

4HSE provides four predefined permission groups for each supplier:

- **Admin**: Has full read and write permissions on the supplier.
- **Manager**: Can view and edit supplier data but cannot manage administrative settings.
- **User**: Can only view supplier data.
- **NA (No Access)**: For users who should have no access to supplier data.

To set the permissions for a Supplier, follow these steps:

1. In the supplier window menu, go to **Administration** and select **Permissions**.

2. The **Permissions** section has two submenus: **Groups** and **Users**.

3. Open **Groups** to view the supplier’s predefined groups (**Admin**, **Manager**, **User**, **NA**).

4. Select the desired group and, in the **Details** section, click “new” to add the user’s email address.
