# The multi-company panel

The **multi-company panel** is for those who manage occupational safety for **more than one company or legal entity**: consultants, service companies, groups with several subsidiaries.

It is a centralised place from which to administer and monitor all the 4HSE projects associated with your clients, from a single interface.

## What the panel offers

[Section titled “What the panel offers”](#what-the-panel-offers)

An overview of the companies you manage, each with its **activation status**, its **number of employees** and its main information — so that coordinating several companies does not mean opening them one by one.

From the panel you can:

-   **create projects** already linked to the multi-company plan;
-   **monitor** the status of each one;
-   **add users** who reach every linked project at once;
-   **manage billing and subscription data**;
- open **support tickets** with the 4HSE technical team.

## One access, all the projects

[Section titled “One access, all the projects”](#one-access-all-the-projects)

Permissions assigned on the panel propagate to **all** the projects it holds: whoever you enable here reaches every one of them at once. Permissions on an individual project remain available, and can grant different roles.

See [Manage the panel users](/multi-company/manage-users) for the procedure, and [Multi-company groups](/users-and-permissions/groups/multi-company) for what each group allows.

## Activation

[Section titled “Activation”](#activation)

The panel is **activated on request** by the 4HSE technical team, usually when the subscription starts, for clients who meet the requirements. It requires a specific plan.

The first user with the **Admin** role is enabled directly by technical support: from then on, that administrator can enable the others.
