# Manage the panel users

Users enabled on the multi-company panel inherit permissions on **all** the projects it holds. Assigning someone to a group therefore has to be assessed against the whole set of projects.

1.  From the 4HSE **Start** menu, open **Multi Company**.
2.  In its menu, go to **Administration** and select **Permissions**.
3.  Open **Groups** to see the predefined roles: _Admin_, _Manager_, _User_, _na_.
4.  Select the group and, in **Details**, add or remove users by email address.
5.  Open **Users** for an overview of everyone with direct access to the panel.
