## v2.49.0 — February 2026

### New Features

-   **Related forms** — You can now create, edit, and manage related forms directly from the action detail window. Related forms support multilingual templates, custom names, and configurable required/optional status.
-   **New form engine** — A redesigned form system powers the rendering, loading, saving, and drafting of forms, with support for attachment management and local draft saving.
-   **Action form executor** — Actions now include a dedicated forms tab where you can open and fill in related forms in a resizable window, with attachment upload support.
-   **Action session forms** — Form executors are now available for action sessions and session dates, allowing you to fill in forms at each level of the action hierarchy.
-   **Incident fields** — New fields have been added to the incident (event) form and grid, providing more detail when recording workplace incidents.
-   **Permission endpoint** — A new endpoint is available for retrieving entity-level permissions, supporting the updated permission model.

-   **Attachment grid on session dates** — Session date detail now includes an attachment grid for managing related documents.
-   **Checklist activation date** — The checklist activation date is now set to match the certificate date for better traceability.
-   **Simplified attachment grid** — The attachment grid now shows only the file name, reducing visual clutter.
-   **Cleaner file import** — The upload progress indicator is now hidden during file import to avoid confusion.
-   **Improved subscription grid** — The action subscription grid has been redesigned for improved layout and column management.

-   **Fixed related form icons and tooltips** — Fixed incorrect icons and missing tooltips in the related forms interface.
-   **Fixed related form labels** — Fixed labels not displaying correctly in certain related form configurations.
-   **Fixed checklist form binding** — Fixed the checklist form incorrectly binding to the wrong subscription level.
-   **Fixed alert dialog styling** — Fixed the font in alert dialogs not matching the application theme.
-   **Fixed dialog error title** — Removed an incorrect title shown in error dialogs.
-   **Fixed form component registration** — Fixed an issue where certain form components failed to load correctly.
-   **Fixed required attribute in related forms** — Fixed the required attribute not being applied correctly in related form configuration.

-   **Fixed form attachment saving** — Fixed an issue where attachments in form submissions could fail to save correctly.
