Each field can include an optional description or help text for additional guidance. - **New print template selector** — A redesigned template selector organizes templates by category: recently used, office/project templates, partner templates, and default templates. Includes search by name and country filtering. - **Create folders from the file save dialog** — You can now create new folders directly when saving attachments, without leaving the save dialog. - **Grid export options** — When exporting grid data, you can now choose between exporting only visible columns (preserving sort order) or all available columns. A progress indicator shows export status. - **Custom branded loading screen** — Whitelabel customers now see their own logo and brand colors on the application loading screen. - **Signature widget in the visual form designer** — The signature/drawing widget is now available in the visual form designer palette, allowing it to be used when building custom form layouts. ### Improvements [Section titled “Improvements”](#improvements) - **Improved form template management** — Form templates are now managed through the file system with searchable metadata, enabling better organization and faster template discovery. - **Updated form typography** — Forms created with the simplified designer now use an improved font for better readability. - **Faster category dropdowns** — Equipment and work environment category dropdowns now load instantly. - **Form name validation** — The form name field is now required when creating or editing related forms, preventing empty names. - **Project icon permissions** — File permissions for project icons are now correctly synchronized when the icon is changed. ### Bug Fixes [Section titled “Bug Fixes”](#bug-fixes) - **Fixed procedure copy not including configured forms** — Copying a procedure now correctly replicates all associated modules and form configurations. - **Fixed “Create from template” dialog** — Corrected the window title and fixed an issue where search filters were not applied correctly on initial load. - **Fixed form state tracking** — Resolved an issue where forms could lose their state when the same form appeared in different contexts. - **Fixed a layout issue in the form designer** — Corrected a rendering error that could cause widget positioning to break in the form designer. ## v2.50.1 — April 2026 [Section titled “v2.50.1 — April 2026”](#v2501--april-2026) ### Improvements [Section titled “Improvements”](#improvements-1) - **Removed deprecated contextual help** — The old contextual help tips have been removed across the application in favor of the new documentation experience. ### Bug Fixes [Section titled “Bug Fixes”](#bug-fixes-1) - **Fixed attachment sync removing linked files** — The attachment synchronization process no longer deletes existing attachments when the corresponding file is still present. - **Fixed duplicate country entries in selectors** — Removed duplicate country options that appeared in the print template selector and in the template source selection step. - **Fixed expired items still marked as valid** — Resolved an issue where a failure during the scheduled expiry check could halt the entire process, leaving some items expired but still flagged as valid. - **Fixed missing styles in notification popovers under whitelabel** — Feature announcement popovers now display with the correct background, colors, and typography when accessing the application through a whitelabel. - **Fixed an issue in the risk assessment module** — Corrected a regression affecting risk demand handling. ## v2.50.2 — April 2026 [Section titled “v2.50.2 — April 2026”](#v2502--april-2026) ### New Features [Section titled “New Features”](#new-features-1) - **New print template for work phases with equipment and PPE** — A new print template lists, for each person, their assigned work phases together with the related equipment and personal protective equipment. Available in all supported languages. ### Improvements [Section titled “Improvements”](#improvements-2) - **Warning column in the deadline list** — The deadline list now includes a dedicated warning column, making it easier to spot items approaching their expiration. ### Bug Fixes [Section titled “Bug Fixes”](#bug-fixes-2) - **Fixed attachment search with body parameters** — Attachment searches now correctly accept filter parameters sent in the request body, matching the documented behavior. - **Hidden office field when creating a new safety role** — The office field no longer appears in the safety organization role creation form, where it was not applicable. - **Fixed attachment selector crash with restricted root paths** — The attachment selector no longer crashes when opened on a root path where the user only has access to deeper sub-folders. Intermediate folders are now shown as non-selectable placeholders, and all accessible roots are displayed instead of only the shallowest one.
