### Improvements

-   **New offices inherit the project country** — When you create an office, its country is now pre-filled with the country of the project, so you no longer have to set it by hand each time.
-   **No sickness days on near misses** — In the event form, the sickness days field is now hidden when the category is a near miss, since it only applies to actual injuries.
-   **Outdated tips removed** — Tips announcing features released some time ago are no longer shown.

### Bug Fixes

-   **Requested certificates widget** — The widget now also lists requested certificates that are expired or about to expire, not only new ones, as long as they have not yet been submitted for approval.
-   **Offices missing from Home for action roles** — Users assigned directly to an action role in an office, such as a maintenance role, could not see the Offices section in Home or that office’s dashboard in the dashboard selector. Both are now shown.
