# Link a supplier to an office

Before you start, the supplier must exist: [Add a supplier](/suppliers/add-a-supplier).

1.  Open the office where the supplier operates.
    
2.  From the office menu, select **Human resources**, then **Suppliers**.

3.  Click the **new** icon and select the supplier.

4.  Click **save**.

The link is not only an association: it grants permissions in both directions.
