If your 4HSE user account is associated with a specific tenant, replace 4hse with the tenant name. Example: if the tenant is “acme”, the URL will be https://mcp.4hse.com/acme
For more information on the tenant name, contact support: support@4hse.com

Authentication takes place via 4HSE’s Single Sign On (SSO), the same system used by other 4HSE applications. Anyone with access to 4HSE automatically has access to the MCP server with the same permissions.
- Go to claude.ai
- Open settings (account settings)
- Find the “Connected Apps” or “Integrations” section
- Select “Add MCP Server”
- Enter the MCP server URL and 4HSE credentials
- After connecting, you can manage 4HSE data through the AI client
For detailed instructions, consult the official Claude documentation.
- Go to chat.openai.com
- Open settings (settings)
- Navigate to the “Integrations” or “Connected Services” section
- Select “Add Custom Integration”
- Enter the MCP server URL
- Complete authentication via 4HSE SSO
For detailed instructions, consult the official OpenAI documentation.
For agentic systems, enterprise automation platforms and other MCP-compatible clients, the connection procedure varies depending on the specific system. Consult the system’s documentation for MCP integration instructions, then provide the 4HSE MCP server URL and complete authentication via SSO.
Everything that is normally done from the 4HSE interface can be done through natural language conversation with the MCP server. It is possible to manage human and material resources, plan training and upload certificates, record health surveillance data and manage maintenance procedures. Through MCP you can monitor certificate and document deadlines, record events such as incidents and near misses, and access compliance and reporting.
The MCP server:
- Does not provide commercial information or regulatory advice
- Does not access data of other users
- Cannot access local computer files
- Follows the same permissions as the 4HSE user account
