Example: How to Register an Injury
Section titled “Example: How to Register an Injury”As an example, let’s assume we need to register an injury.
After clicking New, adding the new entry, and filling in all the details related to the injury, the event will appear in the registry list with its code, date, category, and injury name.

By selecting the injury from the list, the detail view below will display:
- the details of the entry
- the people involved
- the resources (in this case, the source and resources associated with the incident — for example, a malfunctioning piece of equipment, the presence of a substance, etc.)
- the corrective actions to be taken
- any documents and/or photos that can be attached to complete the report

Please note that there are no limits to the number of events you can add, nor to the number of photos and documents you can attach.
