Forgot Password

Access to 4HSE is based on the email address used during registration, which uniquely identifies each user. If you are unable to log in due to forgotten credentials, the platform provides a guided procedure for recovering your password.

To reset the password of your account:

  1. From the login screen, select the Forgot password? link.
  2. You will be asked to enter the Email associated with your account.
  3. Select Send.

    Note: If the email entered is not associated with an active account, the system cannot send the reset link.

  4. The system will email the provided address, containing a password reset link.

    Warning: The link is valid for 30 minutes.

  5. Open the received link. A guided procedure will help you set a new password using two fields: new password and confirmation.
  6. When finished, select Send to complete the operation.

After completing these steps, the new password will be active immediately.

Newly created userThe user has not yet completed the first login.Check the invitation email and click the link to set the initial password. Until this step is completed, the user is not registered on the platform.
Login failedThe user is trying to access a different domain than the one in which they were registered. This can happen only in projects that use a custom domain (whitelabel).Log in from the correct domain. If the user was created under the wrong domain, the account must be recreated.
