  • Material items management — You can now manage individual material items (inventory units) directly within an office, including creating, editing, and viewing item details such as quantity, serial number, and due date.
  • Fast planning for training sessions — A new planner allows you to quickly schedule training subscriptions by selecting existing sessions or creating new ones.
  • Planned certificates chart — Dashboards for offices, persons, and projects now include a chart showing planned certificate actions over time.
  • Person historicize action — You can now historicize a person record, archiving it while preserving its data for future reference.
  • PPE available quantity on materials — The materials list now displays the available quantity of PPE items, calculated from inventory minus assigned certificates.
  • PPE pre-selected when creating material items — When creating a new material item from a PPE material, the PPE type is automatically pre-selected.
  • Certificate quantity from subscriptions — Certificates created from training session subscriptions now correctly set the PPE quantity to the value specified by the user, defaulting to 1.
  • Default placeholder for subscription date — The subscription form now shows a placeholder indicating the default date value.
  • Guest set as default office permission — New office permissions now default to “guest”, ensuring area-level permission choices work correctly.
  • Improved file move permission check — When moving attachments, folder selectability now also considers project-level modify permissions, not just manager-level access.
  • Attachment path refresh on move — Moving an attachment now correctly refreshes its office, project, and supplier information.
  • Cascading cleanup on person and role deletion — Deleting a person or an office role now automatically removes related references from actions, sessions, and subscriptions.
  • Material items linked to certificates — Certificates created from PPE subscriptions now track the originating material item for better traceability.
  • Fixed PPE permission in office view — The PPE actions tab in the office view now correctly checks the appropriate permission group.
  • Fixed certificate permission resolution — Resolved an issue where certificate permissions were not resolved correctly.
  • Fixed material count in views — The material view now correctly calculates item counts.
  • Fixed material item grid filter — Filters in the material item grid now work as expected.
  • Fixed attachment creation in system folders — Creating attachments in restricted system directories is now properly blocked.
  • Fixed scheduler button toggle — Toggle buttons in the scheduler now correctly reflect their active or inactive state.
  • Fixed session date double-click — Double-clicking a session date in the scheduler now opens the expected detail view.
  • Fixed action historicize — Resolved an issue that could prevent actions from being historicized correctly.
  • Fixed demand action tab — The demand action grid tab now loads correctly.
  • Fixed permission check on scheduler buttons — The planner and certificate buttons in the scheduler now correctly verify user permissions before becoming available.
