Section titled “New Features”- Automatic incident cleanup — Incidents that are no longer needed are now automatically cleaned up by the system on a scheduled basis, reducing manual maintenance.
- Bulk delete improvements — The bulk delete functionality has been completely reworked with a new, more reliable approach that provides better feedback and handles permissions correctly.

- Office incident visibility — Incident records in the office view now have improved navigation and access controls.
