New Features

• AI writing assistant for action descriptions — In all five action types (training, maintenance, health surveillance, checks and PPE), a button next to the Description field lets you generate a new text from the other data in the form, or improve, expand or summarize the one you already wrote. You can keep the result, regenerate it or undo it, and nothing is saved until you save the form.
• Suggestions in office and person dashboards — The office and person dashboards now list the suggestions related to them. You can apply or dismiss each suggestion directly from the list, and open the items it refers to from its menu, also with a right-click.
• Attachments in the scheduler — The scheduler detail has a new Attachments tab, and the dashboard lists of scheduled activities now show their attached files, which you can open with a click.

Improvements

• Full-width description field — In action forms, the Description field now takes all the available width, making longer texts easier to read and edit.
• Session dates in notifications — Notifications about course sessions now carry every date of the session along with its location, so custom notification templates can show the full schedule instead of the first date only.

Bug Fixes

• Project icon upload — Uploading a project icon from the project configuration no longer starts the upload twice and now correctly saves the selected image.
