Download a file or a folder

A single file

Select it in the file system and click Download. The file reaches your device immediately.

A whole folder

Select the folder and click Download. 4HSE starts building a ZIP archive with everything inside it. This does not happen instantly, and it does not happen in the browser window: the archive is prepared in the background.

1. Select the folder and click Download.
2. Follow the progress in the Tasks section, in the user menu at the bottom right.
3. When the archive is ready you receive an email with a download link.
4. Open the link and download the ZIP.

How long the build takes depends on the number and the size of the files in the folder.

Caution

The link stays active for 48 hours from generation. After that the archive is no longer available and there is no way to extend the link: the download has to be started again, which produces a new link valid for another 48 hours.
