Organise folders and rename files

The archive works like a file system: folders, subfolders, and files inside them.

Create a folder

From the toolbar of the Files section, click New folder. Folders can be nested as deep as you need.

Rename a file

Right-click the file and select Rename.

The folder structure is defined before filling the archive: exported documents ask you to choose a destination folder every time, and a structure that mirrors how you work makes that choice automatic instead of a small decision each time — see Print or export a document.
