Manage the panel users

Users enabled on the multi-company panel inherit permissions on all the projects it holds. Assigning someone to a group therefore has to be assessed against the whole set of projects.

  1. From the 4HSE Start menu, open Multi Company.
  2. In its menu, go to Administration and select Permissions.
  3. Open Groups to see the predefined roles: Admin, Manager, User, na.
  4. Select the group and, in Details, add or remove users by email address.
  5. Open Users for an overview of everyone with direct access to the panel.
