The multi-company panel

The multi-company panel is for those who manage occupational safety for more than one company or legal entity: consultants, service companies, groups with several subsidiaries.

It is a centralised place from which to administer and monitor all the 4HSE projects associated with your clients, from a single interface.

What the panel offers

An overview of the companies you manage, each with its activation status, its number of employees and its main information — so that coordinating several companies does not mean opening them one by one.

From the panel you can:

• create projects already linked to the multi-company plan;
• monitor the status of each one;
• add users who reach every linked project at once;
• manage billing and subscription data;
• open support tickets with the 4HSE technical team.

One access, all the projects

Permissions assigned on the panel propagate to all the projects it holds: whoever you enable here reaches every one of them at once. Permissions on an individual project remain available, and can grant different roles.

Activation

The panel is activated on request by the 4HSE technical team, usually when the subscription starts, for clients who meet the requirements. It requires a specific plan.

The first user with the Admin role is enabled directly by technical support: from then on, that administrator can enable the others.
