Person groups

The person is a real individual registered in the system with their personal data. Permissions on this entity govern who can see and change that data and what is linked to it.

Group	Permissions on the person
Manager	Read and write · can link entities to the person (work phases, equipment, and so on) · can manage the person’s own permissions and groups, but only if also a Project admin
User	Read only · can view the entities associated with the person
Guest	Read only on a limited set of data · cannot access the Administration, Attachments and Events sections

Alongside the groups, 4HSE has the associated user: a user directly linked to one specific person, which is how a worker is given access to their own position and nothing else. See The associated user.
