New Features

• Home — A new Home window becomes the main entry point of the application: a menu on the left with Dashboard, Scheduler, Projects, People, Suppliers and Approvals, and the selected content on the right. It opens from the first button of the taskbar, which no longer shows a dropdown. Entries you cannot access are hidden, and the multi-company entry appears only for accounts that include one.
• Your own dashboard — Home opens on a dashboard built around you: counters of upcoming deadlines by action type, both for the actions you are responsible for and for those addressed to you; the list of your action subscriptions; a compliance chart you can switch between the people and the suppliers you look after; the accidents and reports you created or are involved in; the approval requests waiting for you; and your latest operations.
• Dashboard selector — From Home you can switch between the dashboards of the companies, projects, offices, suppliers and people you manage directly. Your own dashboard is always available as the first entry.
• Multi-company dashboard — A new dashboard aggregates figures across every company of a multi-company account: upcoming deadlines, compliance, accidents over time, sickness days, the projects with the most events, and pending approval requests.
• Approve or reject from the dashboard — The approval requests list shows the workflows where you are the requester or the approver, with Approve and Reject buttons only on the requests you can actually decide on, and a status that reads clearly as pending approval.
• Issue a certificate from the actions list — From the actions list on your dashboard you can now issue a certificate directly, uploading the document or picking an existing one, without opening the person first.
• Start screen preference — You can now choose whether 4HSE opens on the desktop or on Home. New accounts start on Home; users who already had an account are asked once. The choice applies immediately and can be changed at any time.
• User preferences window — The three separate menu entries for layout, start screen and digest are replaced by a single User preferences window with a menu on the left, so every preference is in one place.
• Approval request detail — Approval requests can now be opened in their own window, with the request details and the related action side by side.

Improvements

• Refreshed AI assistant — The conversation has a new look, with clearer message bubbles, a wider answer area and a subtle animation while the answer is being written.
• Attachment size check in the AI assistant — Attachments larger than 50 MB are now refused straight away with a clear message, instead of failing after the upload.
• Copying an office keeps safety roles — When you copy an office, the roles taken from the safety organization chart are copied with it. Other actors are still left out, as before.
• Consistent dashboards — Project, office, supplier and person dashboards were aligned with the new ones: they now include the pending approval requests, and several layout problems in the supplier dashboard were corrected.

Bug Fixes

• Massive deletion of people — Deleting several people at once could fail with a server error. The selection window now reuses the filters of the list you are working on, so it opens correctly and offers exactly the people you are seeing.
