Manage billing and subscription

Billing for the whole plan is managed from the panel, not project by project.

From the multi-company panel you can:

• enter and update the billing and payment information. After entering it, a few minutes may pass before the change takes effect;
• view the invoice reminders. The electronic invoices themselves remain available in the tax drawer;
• consult the subscription data;
• open support tickets directly with the 4HSE technical team.

Note

Access to these sections depends on the group you belong to: a Manager cannot see the Contract and Configuration sections — see Multi-company groups.
