Reset your password

If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your credentials, you can set a new password yourself. You do not need an administrator.

1. On the login screen, select Forgot password?.
2. Enter the email associated with your account.
3. Select Send.
4. Open the email you receive and follow the link.
5. Enter the new password twice: the new one and its confirmation.
6. Select Submit.

The new password is active immediately.

Caution

The link is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, start the procedure again from the login page — an expired link is the most common reason a reset “does not work”.

Note

If the address you enter is not associated with an active account, the system cannot send anything. Nothing appears to go wrong, so check the address carefully — see Access problems.

If you are already logged in and simply want to change your password, use Change your password instead.
