Use a predefined template

Besides generic checklists, 4HSE provides predefined templates built for specific regulatory and operational requirements — evacuation drills, fire extinguisher maintenance, work permits, PPE handover.

1. On the action, configure a new form.
2. Open the Type dropdown. It shows only the templates consistent with the category of that action: the evacuation drill appears on Procedure actions, fire extinguisher maintenance on Maintenance actions.
3. Select the template and save.

The form opens in the 4HSE Designer already configured with the fields it needs — drill times, inspection outcomes, the checkpoints of a handover. You can use it as it is, or add and remove fields to match your company standard.

Note

The template library is updated over time, so the list grows without you having to do anything.

The template is prompted when a new certificate is created for the action it belongs to.
